What a day... I got robbed!

It is a beautiful day, I am going to my bank with a great smile on my face. Well, let's say not for too long. After depositing some of my cheques, I've discovered that my bank account is in minus... I was really suprised. I quickly flipped through my book to find out that someone has been withdrawing my money and deposited a false cheque. Imagine that I have never lost any of my bank cards or any of my IDs. I am also very carefull with the fact where I use my debit card.

My bank was quick enough to help me freeze account and work on my problem with Toronto theaves!

How did that happen? Here is the managers' explanation: The thieves installed two devices on the ATM: a miniature camera and a fake front that looks like the bank's card reader. The reader records bank account information as the card is passed through it and the camera allows the crooks to see the PIN. With that information the thieves can use a computer and a card-writer to make an exact duplicate of the debit card and help themselves to the money in the account.

All I am going to say at this point is: NO MORE using debid card or any of my other cards. If they do know about this problem, how come it has not been solved yet?......
